Ten years after her last song sung in Spanish, Selena Gomez deliberately chose a language that deeply connects her to her family, who came to the US from Mexico. It's an incredibly empowering feeling to sing in Spanish again," revealed Selena, whose native language is English and who took extra Spanish lessons to prepare for the EP.
