Sam Roberts Band is a Canadian rock band led by singer-songwriter Sam Roberts. The band's sound is characterized by its blend of classic rock and indie, with a touch of pop sensibility. They emerged in the early 2000s with their debut release, "The Inhuman Condition," which became one of the best-selling independent releases in Canadian history. Following this success, they released their first full-length album, "We Were Born in a Flame," in 2003, which won the Juno Award for Album of the Year.
