Psychotic Waltz is an American progressive metal band founded in El Cajon, California, in 1986. The band is known for its sophisticated song structures, complex rhythms, and the versatile vocal range of lead singer Devon Graves (who initially performed under the name Buddy Lackey). They were initially active until 1997, during which time they released four full-length albums: "A Social Grace" (1990), "Into the Everflow" (1992), "Mosquito" (1994), and "Bleeding" (1996). These albums helped establish their reputation within the progressive metal scene for their technical musicianship and unique style.
