The deluxe edition includes two CDs, one featuring the official remaster of the original 2015 Paisley Park recordings and the other titled "From The Vault & Unreleased" which features eleven true rarities from Prince's archive. In addition to the deluxe edition, "Purple Rain" is also available in an expanded deluxe version with three CDs and a DVD. The additional CD contains several single editions and B-sides, and the DVD contains a recording of the concert "Prince And The Revolution Live at the Carrier Dome, Syracuse, NY, March 30, 1985".
