An artistically restless man who is constantly redefining himself and his music, Michael Schenker assembled a new formation in 2011, supported by various guest musicians. Full of creative power, dynamism and ideas, Michael Schenker enters a new phase of his life with Temple Of Rock. He describes it as a new stage of existence in which he enjoys life more than ever and in which he reaps the joy of his development so far. He has released three studio albums and two live productions under the Temple Of Rock banner. Michael Schenker has managed to recruit two former Scorpions bandmates from the Lovedrive era for his new formation: Francis Buchholz on bass and Herman Rarebell on drums. He managed to get former Rainbow frontman Doogie White on vocals, and Wayne Findlay backed the band on keyboards. Michael Schenker surprises in 2016 with a very special live release recorded in Tokyo. For this, the exceptional German guitarist managed to get former MSG vocalists Robin McAuley, Graham Bonnet and Gary Barden to perform together.
