Tull and Nathan Rissman, both of whom have worked extensively with Madonna on her feature films and touring movies.The track list for the film and concert album "MADONNA: REBEL HEART TOUR" spans all decades of the iconic superstar's prolific career, including songs from her chart-topping album "Rebel Heart" as well as classic tracks beloved by fans. It kicked off on September 9, 2015 in Montreal and visited arenas in 55 cities on four continents over seven months. The tour grossed $169.8 million with an attendance of 1,045,479, making Madonna the highest-grossing touring artist in the history of Billboard magazine's Boxscore, with more than $1.31 billion in ticket sales throughout her career. Madonna ranks fourth overall in the list of all touring acts since 1990, when earnings began to be recorded.The Rebel Heart Tour was directed by Jamie King with musical direction by Kevin Antunes (with a band consisting of - Ric'key Pageot on keyboards, Brian Frasier-Moore on drums, Monte Pittman on guitar, and Kiley Dean and Nicki Richards on backing vocals), principal choreography by Megan Lawson, hair by Andy LeCompte, makeup by Aaron Henrikson, and costume designs by Arianne Phillips.
