Golden Earring has been around since 1961 and the current line-up includes two founding members George Kooymans (vocals and guitar) and Rinus Gerritsen (bass, keyboards), Barry Hay (vocals, guitar, flute and saxophone) who has been a member since 1968, and Cesar Zuiderwijk (drums) who has been a member since 1970. They have more than 40 hit singles and 30 albums to their credit, many of which have reached gold or platinum in their home country of the Netherlands. They are most famous for their 1973 hit "Radar Love" and the 1982 single "Twilight Zone". "To The Hilt" was released in 1976 and is considered one of the band's most complex albums. More than half of the songs are over seven minutes long and musically very diverse. This is the last album on which Robert Jan Stips played keyboards. This reissue will be released in a slipcase with a slipcase.
