This time it's about true love, about the shining silver clouds that only exist in your deepest dreams, about meeting the girl of your dreams that you thought was just a figment of your imagination. The pink Cadillac has arrived on time and you hold the ticket in your hot hands to get in and take a ride.

Stone is far from repeating his past lives - though the rich waters of "Smooth Big Cat" (2019) and "Honey Bones" (2016) are undoubtedly still ripe for exploration - and this year he's dipping into the warm lagoons and restorative hot springs of a shimmering, beautiful new love.

From the album's first song - the title track and statement of intent, a tone-setting outing that immediately ushers in a new era of dope lemon - romance oozes from this album. "Oh, I love the way you dance, oh, how you move your feet," Stone sings like a long-lost sailor on the shore in the moonlight. Onto a beautiful, sunny Sunday morning (albeit a Sunday morning with a soirée of the finest champagne), the graceful optimism of "Rose Pink Cadillac" colors the rest of the record, its golden tone flowing like strands of hair bleached by the sun from a weekend at sea.
