US label founded by the legendary pianist/composer/producer Chick Corea and music industry veteran Ron Moss. Label Code: LC 30582 Stretch Records has become known for its presentation of "music with no boundaries." Under the artistic direction of Chick, and marketed and distributed exclusively by Concord Records, the Stretch Records catalog boasts innovative, creative music by such jazz luminaries as Bob Berg, Avishai Cohen, Eddie Gomez, John Patitucci, Bud Powell (Stretch Archives), Wallace Roney, and Dave Weckl, among others. The first Stretch title, Heart Of The Bass, was released in 1992 (distributed by MCA). Stretch joined Concord Music Group in February 1997.
