Hungarian Romantic composer and virtuoso pianist

Franz Liszt (1811–1886) was a Hungarian composer, virtuoso pianist, conductor, music teacher, arranger, and organist of the Romantic era. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest pianists of all time and was a key figure in the development of the modern piano technique. His contributions to the Romantic movement cannot be overstated; he not only composed a vast array of works, including piano concertos, symphonic poems, and solo piano pieces, but also contributed significantly to the advancement of musical form.
