Tora Tora is an American hard rock band formed in Memphis, Tennessee, in the late 1980s. The group achieved mainstream success during the early 1990s with their debut album "Surprise Attack" in 1989, which was well-received and produced hits such as "Walking Shoes" and "Guilty." Their follow-up album, "Wild America," released in 1992, continued to showcase the band's bluesy hard rock style but did not match the commercial success of their debut. Despite a strong fan base and critical acclaim for their musicianship and songwriting, Tora Tora faced challenges due to the changing musical landscape with the rise of grunge.
