Stanley Brinks, formerly known as André Herman Düne in the band Herman Düne, is a prolific singer-songwriter and musician known for his eclectic and often genre-defying music. After leaving Herman Düne in 2006, he adopted the moniker Stanley Brinks and embarked on a solo career that has been marked by a high output of recordings, often collaborating with other artists and bands such as The Wave Pictures and Freschard. His style blends elements of folk, anti-folk, and indie rock with a distinctively laid-back and improvisational approach. Brinks is also known for his extensive touring and his ability to produce music that feels both intimate and whimsical.
