Sissy & The Blisters

Sissy & The Blisters were a British garage rock band that emerged in the late 2000s. They gained attention for their energetic live performances and a sound that blended elements of punk, rockabilly, and post-punk revival. The band consisted of James Geard (vocals), Chris Prendergast (guitar), James Borland (bass), and Beanie Bhebhe (drums). They released a number of singles and EPs, which garnered them a following in the UK's underground music scene. Despite their initial buzz and the release of tracks like "Let Her Go" and "We Are The Others," Sissy & The Blisters disbanded in 2012 before producing a full-length album. Their brief but impactful presence on the music scene was characterized by a raw and raucous sound that captured the spirit of their live shows.
