Raise Hell is a Swedish death/thrash metal band that was formed in 1996. The group quickly made a name for themselves within the metal community with their aggressive style and energetic performances. They were signed to the well-known metal label Nuclear Blast, through which they released several albums. Their debut album, "Holy Target," came out in 1998, followed by "Not Dead Yet" in 2000, which showcased their ability to blend fast-paced thrash with melodic death metal elements. In 2002, they continued to build their discography with "Wicked Is My Game," further refining their sound and demonstrating their musical prowess. Over the years, Raise Hell has undergone several lineup changes but has maintained a presence in the metal scene. Their most recent work includes the album "Written In Blood," released in 2015, which saw them returning to their roots and delivering the high-octane metal for which they are known. Despite not being one of the mainstream acts, Raise Hell has sustained a loyal fan base and continues to contribute to the genre with their distinctive style.
