Mystic Circle

Mystic Circle

German Black Metal Band

Mystic Circle was a German black metal band that formed in 1992. Throughout their career, they became known for their symphonic and melodic approach to the black metal genre. The band's lineup underwent several changes over the years, but the founding members, Beelzebub and Aaarrrgon, remained constants for a significant portion of their career. Mystic Circle released several albums that contributed to their reputation within the metal community. Their discography includes "Drachenblut," which was released in 1998, and "Infernal Satanic Verses," which followed in 1999. These albums are characterized by their aggressive yet orchestrated soundscapes, blending traditional black metal elements with symphonic arrangements. The band's self-titled album "Mystic Circle" came out in later years, showcasing their continued evolution in style and production. Over the years, Mystic Circle toured extensively and participated in numerous festivals, sharing stages with other prominent acts in the metal scene. Despite their contributions to the genre, Mystic Circle disbanded in 2008 but announced a reunion in 2020, indicating a potential continuation of their musical endeavors.
