Lucero is an American country-punk rock band that originated in Memphis, Tennessee, in 1998. The band's lineup consists of Ben Nichols (vocals/guitar), Brian Venable (guitar), Roy Berry (drums), John C. Stubblefield (bass), and Rick Steff (keyboard). They are known for their unique blend of heartland rock, country, punk, and soul influences. Lucero has built a dedicated fan base through relentless touring and a consistent output of albums that showcase their gritty, narrative-driven songwriting.
