British R&B and soul group

Imagination was a prominent British trio that achieved success in the early 1980s with their distinctive blend of soul, funk, and post-disco sound. The group consisted of lead singer and bassist Leee John, guitarist/bassist Ashley Ingram, and keyboardist/drummer Errol Kennedy. They are best known for their hit singles such as "Just an Illusion," "Body Talk," and "Music and Lights." Imagination's debut album, "Body Talk," released in 1981, was a commercial success and helped to establish their popularity both in the United Kingdom and internationally. Their music often featured smooth melodies, catchy hooks, and a danceable rhythm that resonated with club-goers during the era. The band continued to release albums throughout the 1980s, including "In The Heat Of The Night" (1982) and "Scandalous" (1983), which further solidified their place in the music scene of that time.
