G-Eazy, whose real name is Gerald Earl Gillum, is an American rapper and record producer from Oakland, California. He began his career while still in college by producing a series of mixtapes, which garnered him a growing local following. G-Eazy's major-label debut album, "These Things Happen," was released on June 23, 2014, and received widespread acclaim, reaching number one on the US Billboard's Hip-Hop/R&B and Top Rap Albums charts. His follow-up album, "When It's Dark Out," came out in December 2015 and featured the hit single "Me, Myself & I," which further propelled his fame. Continuing his success, G-Eazy released "The Beautiful & Damned" in December 2017. The album included several singles that performed well on the charts, such as "No Limit."
