Free Throw is an American emo band hailing from Nashville, Tennessee. Formed in 2012, the group has carved out a space for themselves within the emo revival scene. They are known for their emotionally charged lyrics and energetic live performances. The band's discography includes several full-length albums that have contributed to their growing reputation within the indie music community. Their debut album, "Those Days Are Gone," was released in 2014 and set the stage for their subsequent works. Free Throw followed up with "Bear Your Mind" in 2017, further solidifying their presence in the genre. In 2019, they released "What's Past Is Prologue," which continued to showcase their development as artists and songwriters. Their latest album at the time of my knowledge cutoff in 2023 is "Piecing It Together," which came out in 2021 and demonstrated the band's ability to evolve their sound while staying true to their emo roots. Throughout their career, Free Throw has toured extensively, both as headliners and as support for other bands in the scene, building a dedicated fan base with their heartfelt and relatable music.
