Dancing Crap

Dancing Crap

The roots of Dancing Crap start in September 2008 when Ronnie Abeille (singer/composer) formed THE.MAIN.ATTRACTION, a band recording its first album: "In Spite of All”, released by the German label Antstreet, recorded and mixed by Daniele Landi from Forears in May 2009 and mastered by Maurizio Giannotti at Bips in Milan then distributed by Andromeda Dischi in Italy and New Music abroad. After a few line-up changes, just before a tour that was to carry them in Germany, Ronnie stopped the project. In April 2012 he finally decided to continue the adventure with new components and a new moniker: Dancing Crap. The band debuted at Jailbreak, played in the most relevant rock clubs in Rome from 2012 to 2013 and released two demos (The main attraction - 2012, Commercial crap - 2013). At the end of 2013 Dancing Crap moved to London, where they lived three months playing 15 shows (Nambucca, The Intrepid Fox, The White Lion, The Water Rats, Proud Camden and other venues). September 2014. Dancing Crap signes with Agoge Records, allowing the band to recorder their debut album. "Cut It Out"comes out in September 2015, and it’s presented with a double release party: at Le Mura in Rome and The Cave in Amsterdam, where Dancing Crap were booked for a few gigs. The digital edition of "Cut It Out" is scheduled for October 2015. In the same month, the band is sharing a gig in Rome with the well-known american band Warrior soul. The current line-up, after another change, is composed by Ronnie (vox), Sal Ariano (guitar) Eugenio "The Joker" Pavolini (guitar), Bobby Gaz (bass), Danilo "Wolf" Camerlengo (drums). These musicians together, as a solid and brilliant team, contribute in a creative way to arrange the songs written by Ronnie, this time leading to an heavier and darker new path.
