Boaz

Boaz Roelevink was born on January 20th 2002 in the Frisian town of Franeker (Netherlands). Aged one and a half he and his family moved to Kapetown South-Africa. Soon he discovered his love for country, blues en soul, singing with his father in the vineyarsds around their house. Aged thirteen Boaz, having moved back to the Netherlands, started taking guitar lessons so he could accompany himself. After reaching the finales of the talentshouw 'We Want More' in 2020, it became clear to him he wanted to dedicate his life to music. He started writing songs and developed his songwriting skills with more experienced musicians like Maurice van Hoek and Mercy John.
