Los Angeles-based post-rock ensemble

Beware of Safety is an instrumental/post-rock band based in Los Angeles, California, and was established in 2005. Founding members Adam Kay (guitars), Jeff Zemina (guitars), Morgan Hendry (drums, keyboards, samples), and Steve Molter (guitars, samples, loops) released their debut EP It Is Curtains in 2007, and follow-up full-length dogs in 2009, to considerable praise by critics and fans alike. Tad Piecka (bass, guitars, programming) joined the band in early-2009 and the quintet has subsequently released three additional studio recordings beginning with Leaves/Scars in 2011, Lotusville in 2014, and Mabon in 2015. Beware of Safety has conducted several tours of the US and Europe since inception, and their music has been featured in film, television, and on NPR.
