Badfinger

Badfinger

British rock band

Badfinger was a Welsh rock band that gained popularity in the early 1970s. Originally known as The Iveys, they were the first group signed to the Beatles' Apple label in 1968. The band changed their name to Badfinger, with the classic lineup consisting of Pete Ham, Tom Evans, Mike Gibbins, and Joey Molland. They are best known for their hit singles "Come and Get It" (written by Paul McCartney), "No Matter What," "Day After Day," and "Baby Blue." Their sound was often compared to the Beatles, which was both a blessing and a curse as they struggled to establish their own identity.
