Arkells are a Canadian rock band formed in Hamilton, Ontario. They have been active since 2006 and are known for their energetic live performances and engaging indie rock sound. The band consists of Max Kerman (vocals, guitar), Mike DeAngelis (guitar, vocals), Nick Dika (bass), Tim Oxford (drums), and Anthony Carone (keyboard, vocals). Arkells have released several studio albums, with "Jackson Square" being their debut in 2008. They gained significant attention with their subsequent releases, including "Michigan Left" and "High Noon," which helped solidify their status within the Canadian music scene.
