In North America, the tour was the sixth most successful tour of the year. The band garnered euphoric reviews everywhere for their shows and were nominated for two Pollstar Music Magazine awards in the categories of "Most Creative Stage Production" and "2011 Headlining Tour of the Year". The video was shot in the USA and directed by award-winning music video virtuoso Sophie Mueller (Shakira, Beyoncé, Lily Allen, etc.). The two-hour show features 22 songs from the past 28 years of the band's history. In addition to live recordings, singer Sade Adu gives fans a rare behind-the-scenes look at the tour in a 20-minute documentary. In addition, "Bring Me Home" includes a short technical documentary by keyboardist/saxophonist/guitarist Sade Stuart Matthewman and outtakes from the recording sessions.
