The soundtrack album "Springsteen On Broadway" is released with songs and stories from the historic 236-show run at the Walter Kerr Theatre in New York City. The longplayer features complete soundtracks from the upcoming "Springsteen On Broadway" broadcast, which will be available worldwide beginning December 16. The "Springsteen On Broadway" concert is based on his autobiography "Born To Run", which became a worldwide bestseller, and features a unique evening with Bruce, his guitar, piano and his very personal stories. On the album, these stories are included as a separate track and labeled as the "Introduction" to the following song. The sound was mixed by Bob Clearmountain and mastered by Bob Ludwig. "Springsteen On Broadway" opened on October 3, 2017 and officially kicked off a completely sold-out run of performances on October 12. The originally scheduled eight-week run had to be extended three times and now ends on December 15, 2018.
